Will The President Step Down?

President Biden continues to face immense pressure from his Democratic colleagues as his support rapidly wavers. Over 30 house Democrats have come out publically, calling for him to drop out of the race. Throughout the unrest, Biden has done everything he can to present strength and power in his frequent rally appearences. The Biden campaign recovery attempt from the first debate in June seemed to be just enough for him to prolong his grip on the Democratic party for the past couple of weeks. Despite his slip in the polls, his campaign cotninues to tread water for the time being. Support has continued to drop further due to his weak performance in his ABC News interview with George Stefanopolis. To add to that, he has now tested positive for Covid 19, and has released a statement suggesting that a scenario where he needs to reconsider his bid due to a "medical issue"; could be possible. We are left wondering not only if the President will step down, but who will replace him?
